Sealing and Marking of Tenders. 23.1 Depending on the sizes or quantities or weight of the tender documents, a tenderer may use an envelope, package or container. The Tenderer shall deliver the Tender in a single sealed envelope, or in a single sealed package, or in a single sealed container bearing the name and Reference number of the Tender, addressed to the Procuring Entity and a warning not to open before the time and date for Tender opening date. Within the single envelope, package or container, the Tenderer shall place the following separate, sealed envelopes: • in an envelope or package or container marked “ORIGINAL”, all documents comprising the Tender, as described in ITT 11; and • in an envelope or package or container marked “COPIES”, all required copies of the Tender; and • if alternative Tenders are permitted in accordance with ITT 13, and if relevant:
