SCT. (TMD) will provide technology planning services as specified in this Exhibit A at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. SCT (TMD) will develop and maintain the STIP and AWPs, specifying the service delivery objectives for the time-frames covered by these plans. Client will participate with SCT (TMD) in the development of the STIP and AWPs, and have responsibility for establishing appropriate priorities and policy directions.
