Scripts. Contractor SHALL NOT use the Visa or MasterCard Logo's or Trademarks on business cards, stationary or any other media outside of the Approved materials. Unless otherwise stated, ALL marketing/promotional Materials and scripts must be PREAPPROVED BY IN WRITING PRIOR TO USE and/or distribution by Contractor. Contractor shall submit all proposed Advertisements to LP in advance for its review and approval. LP shall review and respond to all Contractor submissions within a commercially reasonable time in writing.
Scripts. Subject to mandatory Laws to the contrary, Scripts are provided “AS IS” and Trimble hereby disclaims any warranty, support, or other obligations with respect to any Scripts, including, without limitation, any Scripts provided by Trimble.
Scripts. Develop, in conjunction with and subject to the approval of Client, sales scripts for InPulse sales representatives to use in the selling of the product and authorized cross sells and up sells. All sales scripts will be submitted to client for review for substantive accuracy and will not be used unless client has approved them in writing. InPulse sales representatives shall not deviate materially from the scripts or make claims in addition to or different from the claims in the scripts.
Scripts. The Writer shall provide one fair copy of the Play, such copy to remain the property of the Writer. The Manager shall have the right to make as many copies of the script as required for the purposes of the Production. Such copies caused to be made by the Manager shall remain the property of the Manager. The Manager shall provide the Writer with up to 5 copies of the rehearsal script (as the Writer shall require) and one copy of the final script as used for the prompt copy of the Play.

Scripts may be available for download or purchase from Trimble or third parties, or created by Customer. Unless otherwise specified by Trimble in writing, Scripts are not part of the Product. To the extent any Scripts are provided by a third party, such Scripts will be deemed to be Third-Party Materials, and may be subject to Third-Party Terms.

The Producer shall have the right to make as many copies of the script as are required which will remain the property of the Producer. Performers shall receive their scripts not later than twenty-four (24) hours before their work calls whenever possible, but in no event shall Performers receive their scripts later than commencement of their work call. In connection with non-scripted Podcasts, Performers shall receive a general description of the anticipated performance in lieu of the script under the same parameters set forth above.
