Screenplay Clause Samples
The Screenplay clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the script to be used for a film or television production. It typically specifies who is responsible for writing or providing the screenplay, outlines any necessary approvals or revisions, and may address delivery deadlines or format standards. By clearly establishing these terms, the clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes over the content, quality, or timing of the screenplay's delivery.
