Screening and Selection Services Sample Clauses
The Screening and Selection Services clause defines the provider's responsibility to evaluate and choose candidates or items based on specified criteria. Typically, this involves conducting background checks, interviews, or assessments to ensure that only qualified individuals or products are selected for a particular role or purpose. This clause ensures that the selection process is thorough and consistent, reducing the risk of unsuitable choices and helping the client achieve desired outcomes.
Screening and Selection Services. Upon Client’s request, TotalSource will provide Client with access to the screening services set forth in the Pricing Addendum for the additional fees set forth therein (the “Screening Services”). The Screening Services set forth in the Pricing Addendum are subject to change in TotalSource’s sole discretion and will be provided to Client through TotalSource’s affiliate, ADP Screening and Selection Services, Inc. (“SASS”).
Screening and Selection Services contractor will ensure that a sufficient number of qualified persons are readily available to meet the County’s temporary help needs by aggressively recruiting such individuals for placement with the County as stated within the following narrative sections on pages 18-20 of Contractor’s proposal:
