SCP/Databases. 16.7.1 Call Related Databases provide the storage of, access to, and manipulation of information required to offer a particular service and/or capability. BellSouth shall provide access to the following Databases: LNP, LIDB, Toll Free Number Database, ALI/DMS, and CNAM Database. BellSouth also provides access to SCE/SMS application databases and DA. 16.7.2 A SCP is deployed in a SS7 network that executes service application logic in response to SS7 queries sent to it by a switching system also connected to the SS7 network. SMS provides operational interfaces to allow for provisioning, administration and maintenance of subscriber data and service application data stored in SCPs.
