Common use of Scoreboard Clause in Contracts

Scoreboard. The City shall provide to the Club a scoreboard to be used within the Stadium. Thereafter, the Club shall be responsible for the care, upkeep and maintenance of the scoreboard. In the event that the scoreboard is damaged though negligent use by the Club or anyone associated with the Club, the Club will be solely responsible for the repair of the scoreboard to the level of operation immediately preceding the negligent damage. The Club may, at its sole expense make improvements to thescoreboard only with the prior written approval of the City or if deemed an emergency event. The Club has the exclusive right to use and control the scoreboard before, during and after any Event, provided that the City has access to the scoreboard in the event of an emergency or a City Event, and special City public announcements. At the termination of this Agreement, the Club will be responsible to deliver the scoreboard back to the City in a functioning and working condition with only, ordinary wear and tear.
