Scoreboard Clause Samples

The Scoreboard clause establishes a formal mechanism for tracking and reporting the progress or performance of specific obligations or metrics within an agreement. Typically, it requires one or both parties to maintain and periodically update a record—such as a table or list—detailing relevant data points like milestones achieved, deliverables completed, or quantitative results. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by providing a clear, ongoing reference for both parties, thereby reducing disputes and facilitating effective management of the contract's objectives.
