SCOPE - Trade Clause Samples
The 'SCOPE - Trade' clause defines the range of transactions, goods, or services that are covered under a particular agreement related to trade. It typically specifies which types of trade activities, products, or parties are included or excluded from the contract, ensuring that both sides understand the boundaries of their obligations. By clearly outlining what is and is not covered, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes about the applicability of the agreement to specific trade dealings.
