SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRED. The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of DC Health (the District) HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD and TB Administration (HAHSTA) has a Human Care Agreement with Food & Friends Inc., to provide food bank services or home delivered meals to residents of the Washington, DC Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) that are living with HIV. The DC EMA consists of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Charles, Frederick, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Counties in Maryland, Arlington, Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, King ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Prince ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Spotsylvania, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Counties as well as the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park in Virginia, Berkeley and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Services provided under this agreement will be supported using ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ HIV/AIDS Program funds awarded to HAHSTA by the US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). All participating programs must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009. The goal of Food Services is to provide nutritionally appropriate meals and/or groceries to HIV-infected individuals who are nutritionally compromised in order to improve health outcomes and support the ability of these clients to remain in their homes and in medical care. Food Bank services and Home- Delivered Meals services include the provision of actual food items or meals.
SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRED. The NRRM has various levels of General Maintenance work requirements including but not limited to: - Residential and Commercial Building Maintenance - Carpentry (structural and/or finishing) - Interior/exterior Construction - Bucket Truck usage - Working from heights - Confined spaces The lowest quote will not necessarily be the contractor selected for any one or more specific service required. Consideration will also be given to the following prior to selecting a contractor specific to any one task: - Qualifications of the contractor associated with a specific task - Availability of the contractor and urgency of the task - Tools and equipment available to perform the task - Past experience with NRRM’s specific systems and/or equipment The contractor shall respond to every service request in a timely manner. Response times for service requests should not exceed the following: - Minor projects - two weeks - Normal scheduled maintenance - two days - Emergencies - two hours The Contractor and the Director of Recreation Services will make every effort to maximize the foreseeable workloads.
SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRED. ‌ 4.1. Scope of the Call-Off Contract (“contract”): FCDO require that the Supplier deliver a series of targeted Workstreams. For the duration of the contract, FCDO will assess delivery of the workstreams on the basis of the following: • a clear methodology for analysing the context in Zimbabwe and identifying programmatic interventions that are feasible, appropriately ambitious, technically sound, good value for money and wherever possible innovative; • an enhanced detailed theory of change (with sub-theories) is developed and agreed with FCDO to guide the programme; • a detailed logframe is agreed with FCDO to effectively track and measure progress and results; • a clear and transparent process for managing programme activities delivered by Named Partners and Downstream Grant Partners; • a clear breakdown of proposed costs against each output, including ringfenced allocations for Downstream Grant Partners; • a strong team leader, core team, and pool of technical experts; • a clear governance structure for decision making and accountability; • a robust engagement plan with relevant stakeholders; • a detailed risk management plan. 4.2. The FCDO will pay the Supplier based on satisfactory delivery of the Programme Deliverables (see Annex C) and the agreed Key Performance Indicators (see Annex B). 4.3. Programme results areas: i) Impact: strengthened norms of participation, accountability and respect for human rights in Zimbabwe. ii) Outcome: Effective civic action to claim and defend constitutional rights.
