Common use of SCOPE OF THE DATA PROCESSING Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF THE DATA PROCESSING. The regulations apply to the automatic processing of personal data and the processing of personal data in a (manual) file. Only those personal details required to achieve the in-advance-determined objectives below can be processed. The basic assumption is that no more data are requested than absolutely necessary for the goal these data are needed for (= data minimisation). These data cannot be processed in any manner which is incompatible with that objective, nor may these be provided to anyone else (third parties), unless there is a legal foundation or subject to explicit consent of the involved students.
