Common use of Scope of Protected Area Clause in Contracts

Scope of Protected Area. Neither party to this Agreement intends to expand the scope of any covenants or commitments contained in Section 2 beyond the terms and provisions expressly stated in Section 2, and the parties to this Agreement agree that no Person, court or arbitrator may interpret any of the foregoing covenants or commitments in Section 2 in that manner.
