Scope of License The license granted to you for the Company application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Company application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating system, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor terms of service. Scope of Licence 2. 1. You may only use the Licensed Content in the manner and to the extent permitted by these Ts&Cs and any applicable laws.
Royalties, Licenses, and Patents Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall pay all royalties, license, and patent fees associated with the goods that are the subject of this solicitation. Contractor warrants that the goods, materials, supplies, and equipment to be supplied do not infringe upon any patent, trademark, or copyright, and further agrees to defend any and all suits, actions and claims for infringement that are brought against the City, and to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City, its elected officials, officers, and employees from all liability, loss and damages, whether general, exemplary or punitive, suffered as a result of any actual or claimed infringement asserted against the City, Contractor, or those furnishing goods, materials, supplies, or equipment to Contractor under the Contract.
NOTICE AND ASSISTANCE REGARDING PATENT AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT The provisions of this clause shall be applicable only if the amount of this Agreement exceeds $100,000.
Grant and Scope of License 2.1 Subject to Licensee’s compliance with the License Agreement, and except as otherwise stated herein, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferrable license to:
ROYALTIES AND PATENTS The Contractor shall pay all royalties and license fees. The Contractor shall defend all suits or claims for infringement of any patent rights and shall save the State harmless from loss on account thereof, except that the State shall be responsible for all such loss when a particular design, process or the product of a particular manufacturer or manufacturers is specified, but if the Contractor has reason to believe that the design, process or product specified is an infringement of a patent, The Contractor shall be responsible for such loss unless he promptly gives such information to the Architect.
Modification of Licensed Materials The Participating Institutions or the Authorized Users shall not modify or manipulate the Licensed Materials without the prior written permission of the Licensor.
GRANT AND SCOPE OF LICENCE 2.1 In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this XXXX, we xxxxx you a non- transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on the Devices, subject to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Appstore Rules, incorporated into this XXXX by reference. Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student. Instead, it is the intention of the parties that the relationship between Georgia Institute of Technology and Student be that of licensor and licensee and the sole right of Student to use the assigned space as a living unit shall be based upon the License granted in this Contract.
License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.
