Common use of Scope of Eligible Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Scope of Eligible Expenditures. Eligible Expenditures are the direct costs which are, in the Province’s opinion, properly and reasonably incurred by the Recipient for the Project between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2019 and Eligible Investments. Eligible Expenditures incurred between the period of April 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019 will be subject to the prior written approval of Canada and the Province and limited to a maximum of 25% of the Maximum Funds. Eligible Expenditures include only the following:

Eligible Expenditures incurred between the period of April 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019 will be subject to the prior written approval of Canada and the Province and limited to a maximum of 25% of the Maximum Funds. Eligible Expenditures include only the following:

Eligible Expenditures are the direct costs which are, in the opinion of the Province’s opinion, properly and reasonably incurred by the Recipient on or after the Federal Approval Date, except for the Project between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2019 and Eligible Investments. Eligible Expenditures incurred between the period of April 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019 will be subject costs specified in paragraph E.1.2 (b) which can begin to accrue prior to the prior written approval Federal Approval Date, in respect of Canada and the Province and limited to a maximum of 25% of the Maximum Fundsany Project. Eligible Expenditures include only the following:
