Scope of Clause. The rights and procedures set forth in this clause are the exclusive rights and procedures for resolution of all claims and disputes arising under, or relating to, this license, and no action based upon any claim or dispute arising under, or relating to, this license shall be brought in any court except as provided in this clause. The parties shall be bound by any arbitration decision rendered pursuant to this clause, which shall be vacated, modified, or corrected only as provided in the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§1-16). An arbitration decision may only be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New Mexico.

Scope of Clause. (1) This clause shall apply only in the case where a redundant employee, while still in the employ of the Corporation, has received and accepted an offer of suitable alternative employment from another employer. For these purposes “an offer” can only be made by an employer who has taken on, or is going to take on, a function of the Corporation, the privatisation or contracting out of which has led, or will lead, to the employee becoming redundant.
Scope of Clause. Without in any way limiting the rights, terms and conditions contained in Clause 16, this Clause 17 applies specifically to any Patents that are the subject of this Agreement.

Thus, all TIPS Sales, including but not limited to: leases, service agreements, license agreements, open purchase orders, warranties, and contracts, even if they extend months or years past the TIPS Contract Expiration Date, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplemental Agreement between Customer and Vendor or unless otherwise specified herein.
