SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT. The rights of an assignee under Section 13.1 shall be the same rights granted to the Purchaser or to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as the case may be, under this Agreement, except that in no event shall the Company's obligations hereunder be increased due to any such assignment. In connection with any such assignment, the term "Purchaser" as used herein shall, where appropriate to assign the rights and obligations of Purchaser hereunder to such assignee, be deemed to refer to the assignee. After any such assignment, Purchaser shall retain its rights under this Agreement with respect to all other Registerable Securities owned by Purchaser.
