Scope Management Plan Sample Clauses
A Scope Management Plan clause defines the processes and procedures for determining, documenting, and controlling the scope of a project. It typically outlines how project requirements will be gathered, how changes to the scope will be evaluated and approved, and who is responsible for managing scope-related tasks. By establishing clear guidelines for scope management, this clause helps prevent scope creep, ensures all stakeholders have a shared understanding of project boundaries, and supports the successful delivery of project objectives.
