Common use of Scope and Transferability Clause in Contracts

Scope and Transferability. This Agreement covers all of the Account(s) You may open or reopen with Pershing Advisor Solutions. It also applies to Pershing’s and Pershing Advisor Solutions’ successors, whether by merger, consolidation or otherwise, and their assigns. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and Pershing Advisor Solutions’ successors may transfer Your Account(s) to their respective successors and assigns. This Agreement will be binding on your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
