Common use of SCOPE AND PROCEDURE Clause in Contracts

SCOPE AND PROCEDURE. The SPONSOR shall perform or cause to be performed the scope of work as shown in Exhibit A, hereinafter referred to as the “PROJECT”, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof the same as if fully set out herein, and for such work the DEPARTMENT shall compensate the SPONSOR in the amount and fashion as required by the pertinent provisions set out below.
