SCOPE AND DUTIES. Employee shall perform such executive and managerial duties as normally associated with the position of president and chief executive officer and shall report solely to the Board. The duties of Employee shall be performed primarily in San Diego, California, except for such travel in the ordinary course of the business of the Company as may from time to time be reasonably required. Employee's principal place of business shall be at the offices of the Company in San Diego, California.

The duties of Employee shall be performed primarily in San Diego, California, except for such travel in the ordinary course of the business of the Company as may from time to time be reasonably required. Employee's Employee s principal place of business shall be at the offices of the Company in San Diego, California.
