Scope and Applicability. This Section 17 of the DPA applies in addition to the terms of this DPA, insofar as Pix4D processes California Personal Information under the ▇▇▇▇ subject to the CCPA. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this Section 17 and any other terms of this DPA, this Section 17 will take precedence, but only to the extent of this Section's applicability to Pix4D.
