School Status Clause Samples

The School Status clause defines the requirements and obligations related to the operational standing of a school involved in an agreement. Typically, it specifies that the school must maintain accreditation, licensing, or other regulatory approvals necessary to operate legally and fulfill its contractual duties. For example, it may require the school to notify the other party if its status changes or if it faces suspension or revocation of its credentials. This clause ensures that all parties are protected by confirming the school remains in good standing, thereby reducing risks associated with non-compliance or loss of authorization.
