School Placements. Each year a group of school psychologists and the director of special education will review school placements and caseloads based upon the following factors: 1. Building Level (Elementary, Middle, High School) 2. Number of students enrolled 3. Number of Special Education Classrooms 4. Other factors that may affect caseload and workload Teachers of the Vision Impaired Teachers of the Vision Impaired shall meet annually with the director who supervises their function to review caseloads, staffing needs, work calendar, and determine schedule.
