Common use of School Nurses Clause in Contracts

School Nurses. A school nurse may elect to annualize their pay and benefits and will be paid on the basis of twenty-four (24) equal payments. An election may be made not more than once each year by written notice to the County by March 1. Once an election is made it will be in effect and remain year-to-year thereafter. An election change for the succeeding school year must be made no later than March 1.
