School Generally. ResponsiveEd will serve Eligible Students (defined below) in grades 9- 12 in a School at the School Sites (defined below) made available exclusively for that use by AISD to accommodate up to an average daily enrollment of students as follows: School Year 2012-2013 9-12: Students: a minimum of 120 Students and a maximum of 200 students at each of the School Sites identified in Section IB below.
