Scheduling System. The schedule will be prepared each month in the following manner: First, all scheduling shall assume that an employee’s first commitment is to her current job posting (whether permanent or temporary). Second, it is understood that all shifts on the scheduled are assigned to a job posting, and the regular job postings comprise the base or master schedule. Third, employees are expected to submit their availability, and can be assigned shifts at a time they have indicated availability without further notice if the schedule is posted on time. Scheduling System. CLW and the Union recognize CLW’s ongoing need to improve its scheduling system. CLW and the Union also further understand and support the significance of the proper implementation and execution of any new scheduling system. CLW therefore acknowledges and agrees that prior to the replacement of its scheduling system, advance discussions will take place between CLW and the Union, in order that the Union is kept properly apprised of the matter. In the event, therefore, that CLW implements a new scheduling system the Union will have an opportunity to identify any/all issues/concerns that may arise with the new scheduling system for the purposes of discussing any and all necessary solutions thereto. New contract language that relies upon the scheduling system updates shall not be subject to grievances by the Union or discipline by the employer until such time as they are fully implemented. The parties agree to endeavor to convene a meeting at least every sixty (60) days to review the status and progress of the implementation of the system. LETTER OF INTENT (Retiree Benefits) Further to our discussions during negotiations, this is to confirm that the Employer and the Union have agreed to bring the issue of retiree benefits to the Labour Management Committee for discussion. This will also confirm that the Employer will take any agreements reached by the Committee with respect to this issue to its Board of Directors and will recommend ratification of same by the Board. (Ontario Registered Pension Plan) In the event that the Ontario government establishes an Ontario Registered Pension Plan, the Union and the Employer will use their best efforts to encourage the Multi Sector Pension Plan (MSPP) to ensure comparability as a workforce pension plan and for the MSPP to provide the union and the Employer with any information required for pension registration. Scheduling System. The District shall keep current the Shared Scheduling System established pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement with respect to all District Activities. Provided however, that the District shall not schedule an event on less than 72 hours notice without the City’s prior consent. District’s failure to timely schedule an event on the Shared Scheduling System that ultimately displaces a City Recreation Program shall constitute a material breach pursuant to Section 11 of this Agreement.
Scheduling System. The City shall keep current the Shared Scheduling System established pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement with respect to City Recreation Programs.

  • Self Scheduling The Home and the Union may agree to implement a self-scheduling process. Self-scheduling is the mechanism by which employees in a Home create their own work schedules. The purpose of self scheduling is to improve job satisfaction and quality of work life for the participating employees. Self scheduling requires a collaboration of employees and management to ensure proper coverage of the Home and to meet the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is agreed that self scheduling will be negotiated locally by the Home and the Union and will include a trial period. Each Home must have the majority agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to agree on a trial period of up to six months. Once the trial period is complete, each Home must have a minimum of 66⅔% agreement of the full-time and part-time employees who vote on the issue to continue with the new schedule on a permanent basis.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes.   • Work Scheduling Except at the request of an affected employee, no employee shall have the number of hours they are normally scheduled to work reduced as the result of the use of non-permanent employees such as, but not limited to: seasonal, intermittent, student interns, interns, interim, established term, or temporary employees, due to the performance of such employee’s duties by the nonpermanent employee.

  • System Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work. If all the Parties agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Overtime Scheduling (A) It is the intent of the City, consistent with efficient and effective operation of the Division of Police, to distribute in an equitable manner, all pre-scheduled overtime among all members. Recognition will be given to the qualifications of the members and the requirements placed on the City by any third party funding sources. Any complaints by members that pre-scheduled overtime is not being equitably distributed among all qualified members as described above may be brought by the Lodge directly to the Chief's attention at Step 3 of the Grievance Procedure and shall also be a proper subject for discussion in a Labor Relations Committee meeting. Inability to work a prescheduled overtime assignment due to illness or death in the family or injury will not require the member to charge such absence against sick leave or injury leave.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
