Scheduling Priority. The parties agree that an assignment process that honors the positive performance and longevity of unit members is a benefit to both the unit member and the District. The intent of this section is to provide scheduling priority to unit members who meet professional standards of performance and demonstrate a continuing commitment to the educational programs of the District.
