Scheduling of Continuing Employee Appraisals. (i) An Appraisal of each continuing Employee shall be completed at least once every three (3) years. After two (2) evaluations confirming the Faculty Member's competence, a simple statement by the Xxxx added to the Faculty Member's file, attesting to continuing satisfactory performance shall normally meet the requirements of this clause.
