Common use of Scheduling and Loading Clause in Contracts

Scheduling and Loading. The Permit Holder shall: 2.4.1 contact ABCC or its Carrier to arrange a mutual agreed upon pick-up schedule as per Schedule “D”; 2.4.2 ensure that access to the loading door is kept free of all obstructions; 2.4.3 help guide trucks safely into the loading area upon the request of a Carrier; 2.4.4 complete an RBill for each load in accordance with the Bottle Handling Guide; and 2.4.5 place palletized product as per Schedule “B” on the back of the truck/trailer to ensure the Carrier’s trucks are loaded in a timely manner.
