Scheduling Additional Leave Clause Samples

The 'Scheduling Additional Leave' clause defines the process and conditions under which an employee may request and take leave beyond their standard entitlement. Typically, this clause outlines the notice period required, any approval procedures, and whether such leave is paid or unpaid. For example, it may specify that additional leave must be approved by a supervisor and is subject to operational requirements. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for managing extra leave requests, ensuring both employee flexibility and employer control over staffing needs.
