Upon execution of this Schedule, Intraway shall issue an invoice in accordance with the SaaS Agreement. If at any time during the Subscription Term or Renewal Term the Customer exceeds the number of Tenants, Service Units, FST users, Workflows or Connectors, Customer and Intraway agree to execute a follow-on schedule for the purchase of additional services.
