Common use of Schedule Updates Clause in Contracts

Schedule Updates. Design-Builder shall submit Schedule Updates in accordance with Exhibit 11.1. Department reserves the right to withhold approval for all or part of Design-Builder’s Applications for Payment until such time Design-Builder furnishes an approved Schedule Update.
