Common use of Schedule Update Clause in Contracts

Schedule Update. The Initial Members shall have the right after the date of this Agreement, but not later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, to amend and supplement the information contained in (i) Disclosure Schedule 4.16.1, but solely to disclose any new Contracts which have been entered into after the date hereof by the Company as permitted by, and in accordance with, Section 6.2 hereof, (ii) Disclosure Schedules 4.19(a) and 4.19(c), but solely to disclose changes which occurred after the date hereof, without violation of the terms of this Agreement, to the items required to be disclosed pursuant to the first sentence of Section 4.19(a) and the first sentence of Section 4.19(c), and (iii) Disclosure Schedule 4.19(f), but solely to disclose the immigration status of any employee hired in accordance with applicable law after the date hereof by the Company as permitted by, and in accordance with, Section 6.2 hereof.
