Schedule Notification. 2.8.1 Teachers shall be notified of their tentative program schedule, including planning period (senior high), or grade level assignment for the ensuing year prior to the initial spring transfer period. In addition, they will be notified of any changes in their tentative program, schedule, or grade level assignment for the ensuing year, including the schools to which they will be assigned, as soon as practicable.
