SBH’s Remedies Clause Samples
SBH’s Remedies. Contractor agrees and shall be responsible to pay and satisfy any and all sanctions, penalties, fines, and fees that may be assessed against SBH as a result of Contractor’s failure to perform monthly checks through the ▇▇▇ and OIG Medicaid and Medicare Exclusions Database. SBH may also impose additional remedies, as SBH deems appropriate, including temporary suspension of Services and/or immediate termination of this Agreement.
SBH’s Remedies. Upon the occurrence of a City default, SBH is entitled to seek any rights and remedies available to it in law, or at equity including the right to seek monetary damages, seek specific performance, terminate this Agreement, and cure the default on behalf of City and bill City for all costs incurred by the SBH to effect such cure.
