Common use of SBA PPP Loan Clause in Contracts

SBA PPP Loan. (a) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Loan Agreement, including any restrictions on the ability of the Borrower to incur Indebtedness, the Borrower may incur Indebtedness in the form of the SBA PPP Loan.

SBA PPP Loan. (a) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Loan Credit Agreement, including any restrictions on the ability of the Borrower Loan Parties to incur Indebtedness, the Borrower Loan Parties may incur Indebtedness in the form of the SBA PPP LoanLoan and such Indebtedness shall be deemed permitted under Section 7.2 of the Credit Agreement.

(a) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Loan Credit Agreement, including any restrictions on the ability of the Borrower to incur IndebtednessIndebtedness for Borrowed Money or other indebtedness, the Borrower may incur Indebtedness indebtedness in the form of the SBA PPP Loan. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions of the SBA PPP Loan shall be governed by this Amendment, the SBA PPP Note, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
