Common use of Savings Plan Clause in Contracts

Savings Plan. 7.11 Regular full-time and regular part-time employees hired prior to May 1, 2011, who do not or cannot exercise the option described in Article 7, Section 7.8, shall be eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Savings Plan (the “401(k) Plan”), without a Company match, in accordance with the terms of the 401(k) Plan.
