Satisfactory Legal Form. All documents executed or submitted pursuant to this Article VI by or on behalf of each Obligor shall be satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent (who may rely upon the advice of its legal counsel with respect to legal matters in making such determination), and the Administrative Agent shall have received such additional information, approvals, opinions, documents, or instruments as the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders may reasonably request.
