Satisfactory Diligence. Buyer shall have concluded its due ----------------------- diligence investigation of the Company and its assets and properties and all other matters related to the foregoing, and shall be satisfied, in its absolute and sole discretion, with the results thereof.

Within the Due Diligence Period (as defined in Section 9.2 below), each of the Purchasers will have concluded its due diligence investigation of the Companies and the business of Silver City and the Companies’ respective assets and properties and all other matters related to the foregoing, and will be satisfied, in their sole discretion, with the results thereof.

Satisfactory Diligence. Within the Due Diligence Period, Purchaser will have concluded its due diligence investigation of the Seller and the Business of Country Rock Cabaret and all other matters related to the foregoing and will be satisfied with the results thereof.
Satisfactory Diligence. Within the Due Diligence Period, JAI will have concluded its due diligence investigation of the Asset Sellers and Companies and the businesses of Adult Cabarets and the Asset Sellers’ and Companies’ respective assets and properties and all other matters related to the foregoing, and will be satisfied, in their sole discretion, with the results thereof.
Satisfactory Diligence. Buyer and Rick’s shall have concluded their due diligence investigation of TEEZE and ASB and their respective assets and properties and all other matters related to the foregoing, and shall be satisfied, in its absolute and sole discretion, with the results thereof;
