Satisfaction of Requirements of Program Documents. Mortgage Lender acknowledges that each Program may contain varied requirements with respect to qualifications of a Mortgage Lender and that the Program Documents in connection with such Program will contain representations of Mortgage Lender with respect to its qualifications for participation in such Program. Any representations by Mortgage Lender with respect to such qualifications are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
