Common use of Sample Code Clause in Contracts

Sample Code. A. At the Customer’s request, Flow may provide sample code for handling Flow API transactions (“Sample Code”). Sample Code is not intended to be comprehensive and will not include all functionality for available API transactions. B. Customer agrees that it will use the Sample Codes carefully and assumes all risk of loss related to use. Customer not and will not permit the Sample Code to be used it in manner which might result in any loss of its or any third party's property or information. All Sample Code is provided on an “as is” basis and Flow does not make any representations, warranties or guaranties as to their reliability.
