Sample Code. You may download, install, use, copy, modify and distribute Sample Code which is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.
Sample Code. In addition to the license granted in Section 1, MultiMedia Soft grants you the right to use and modify the source code versions of those portions of the SOFTWARE which are identified in the documentation as the Sample Code and located in the \SAMPLES(xx) subdirectory(s) of the SOFTWARE provided you comply with section 4.c.

Upon payment in full, Microsoft grants the Enterprise a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable, license to use and modify any software code that Microsoft provides for purposes of illustration (“Sample Code”) and to reproduce and distribute the object code form of the Sample Code for Enrolled Affiliate’s internal business purposes only and not to any unaffiliated third party.

You are permitted to use, copy and redistribute Your modified Sample Code only if all of the following conditions are met: (a) You include Our copyright notice (if any) with Your Application, including every location in which any other copyright notice appears in such Application; (b) You do not otherwise use Our name, logos or other of Our trademarks to market Your Application, unless otherwise agreed by Us in writing; and (c) each Designated User is duly licensed to use and distribute any of Our products that may be included in an application using and/or generated by the Software.
Sample Code. You may use internally and modify the source code versions of those portions of this Program provided as sample code (e.g., code examples, sample applications and other such materials identified in the documentation), if any. Such source code versions may not be distributed to third parties. No implied license is granted in any copyright or patent rights of Sybase and its suppliers.
Sample Code. Gemstar may modify the sample source code located in the ----------- EPG Development Tools "samples" directories ("Sample Code") to design, develop, and test Gemstar's Application. Gemstar may also reproduce and distribute the Sample Code in object code form along with any modifications it makes to the Sample Code, provided that Gemstar complies with the Distribution Requirements described below. For purposes of this section, "modifications" shall mean enhancements to the functionality of the Sample Code.
Sample Code. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the applicable License Term, Scotfy grants you a limited, worldwide, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, non-exclusive license to modify any sample source code from the Software provided by Scotfy to you ("Sample Code") solely for internal use for the purposes of designing, developing, testing and otherwise facilitating your use of the Software under this Agreement.
Sample Code. TDCC may use and modify the source code version of those portions of the Software and the Developer’s Kit Software that are identified in the documentation as sample code (“Sample Code”). TDCC may not distribute the Sample Code, or any modified version of the Sample Code, in source code form, except as provided in Section 5.10, but may provide it on a confidential basis to third parties providing services to TDCC for the sole purpose of exercising rights as set forth in this Article 5.
