Sample Code Sample Clauses
The Sample Code clause defines the terms under which example or demonstration code is provided within an agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that such code is offered for illustrative or reference purposes only, and may specify whether it can be used, modified, or distributed by the recipient. For instance, it might state that sample code is not production-ready and is provided without warranties. The core function of this clause is to set expectations and limit liability regarding the use of non-final, example code, ensuring both parties understand its intended use and associated risks.
