Common use of Same Unit Clause in Contracts

Same Unit. A Displaced Nurse wishing to remain on his/her unit may bump the least-senior nurse position of equal or lesser FTE value on another shift on the same unit so the Displaced Nurse may retain some level of benefits based on the newly assumed position's benefit status.
