Salesperson. A Salesperson affiliated with the Participant shall have the option to operate a VOW or have a VOW operated on its behalf by an AVP; provided, that such a VOW is subject to (i) obtaining the Participant’s prior written consent, (ii) such Salesperson’s and the Participant’s supervision and accountability, and (iii) the terms of this Agreement, the Co- Brokerage Agreement and the AVP Agreement.
