Salesperson. If a person is licensed by TREC as a real estate salesperson, such person shall be either sponsored and employed by the Broker, or be employed by and sponsored by a person or entity licensed as a broker by TREC, which broker has a written agreement with the Broker that sets out the terms and obligations of the broker to represent the State in the performance of services as an agent. Prior to any contact with the owner of any real property interest, the Broker shall deliver to TxDOT a copy of the person’s real estate salesperson’s license.
Salesperson. A Salesperson affiliated with the Participant shall have the option to operate a VOW or have a VOW operated on its behalf by an AVP; provided, that such a VOW is subject to (i) obtaining the Participant’s prior written consent, (ii) such Salesperson’s and the Participant’s supervision and accountability, and (iii) the terms of this Agreement, the Co- Brokerage Agreement and the AVP Agreement.
