Common use of Sales Clause in Contracts

Sales. Any sale of the Community will not affect this Lease or any of your obligations, but upon such sale we will be released from all of our obligations under this Lease and the new owner of the Community will be responsible for the performance of the duties of "Owner" from and after the date of such sale.

Any sale of the Community will not affect this Lease or any of your obligations, but upon such sale we will be released from our liability under the lease agreement as to the events occurring after written notice to you of the conveyance and from all of our obligations under this Lease the lease agreement except for the instances where the law requires otherwise and the new owner of the Community will be responsible for the performance of the duties of "Owner" from and after the date of such sale.

The foregoing release includes the Manager if the Manager is terminated concurrently with the closing of the sale.
