Sales Training Support. Osiris will provide Stryker with commercially reasonable support in connection with the training of Stryker’s sales force with respect to the Allografts and the Allograft Services. Such support shall include: (i) the provision of appropriate sales training materials to Stryker and (ii) the attendance and participation by a qualified Osiris representative as is agreed upon by the Parties (x) at training meetings for Stryker medical and marketing personnel and sales representatives for launch of the Allograft Services, (y) at Stryker’s national sales meetings and large regional sales training and marketing meetings at Stryker’s reasonable request and (z) for specific engagements with Customers at Stryker’s reasonable request.

Sales Training Support. 5.1 All costs relating to sales, support, and technical training, performed by RCAI personnel, or appointed representatives will be billed to the Distributor at the rate of 50% of all reasonable and proper costs incurred by RCAI in providing the support.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software.   • Contracted Services Subject only to the provisions contained in the Letter of Understanding which is appended to, and which forms a part of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, performed by anyone on behalf of, or at the instance of the Employer, directly or indirectly under contract or subcontract, shall be performed by employees who are members of the Union, or who shall become members in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the Agreement.
