Common use of Sales of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Sales of Contracts. No representation is made as to the number or amount of such Contracts to be sold. The Company, pursuant to its agreement with Distributor, will make reasonable efforts to market those Contracts it determines from time to time to offer for sale and, although it is not required to offer for sale new Contracts, the Company will accept payments and otherwise service existing Contracts funded in the Separate Accounts.
