Common use of Sales Charges/Dealer Concessions Clause in Contracts

Sales Charges/Dealer Concessions. On each purchase of Shares by Dealer from Distributor, the total sales charges and dealer concessions or commissions, if any, payable to Dealer shall be as set forth in each Fund's Prospectus. Dealer acknowledges that no sales charge or concession or commission will be paid to Dealer on the reinvestment of dividends or capital gains reinvestment or on Shares acquired in exchange for Shares of another Fund, or class thereof, having the same sales charge structure as the Fund, or class thereof, from which the exchange was made, in accordance with the Prospectus.
