Sales and Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling of truck movements for the delivery of raw materials to both internal and/or external customers, and including general duties; and  ▇▇▇▇▇ out general duties associated with the operation of a weighbridge including the collection and handling of all money, routine completion of all maintenance documentation; and  Actively assists with Sales and developing sustainable customer relationships; and  Implements safety systems and shows commitment to safety improvements; and  Schedules and holds Toolbox meetings as per the employer standard and frequency with the Tipper Driver Group associated with that quarry site, ensuring the group is informed and matters raised are addressed; and  Ensure trucks are compliant in relation to maintenance and mass in accordance with the employers & NHVL requirements and associated documents are being maintained accordingly; and  Ensures trucks are serviced and maintained to the employer standards. A Sales & Dispatch Supervisor will be appointed by the employer and approved by the Operations Manager, have minimum sales planned of 380,000 tonnes per year. Only one designated Sales and Dispatch Supervisor shall be appointed per the employer site. Appointed Sales and Dispatch Supervisors shall be paid an allowance specified in clause 20.0 Allowances.

  • Dispatching 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day; 2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed. 3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner. 4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 6.1.1 The SPD shall be entirely responsible to schedule its power as per the applicable regulations / requirements / guidelines of CERC / SERC /SLDC / RLDC or any other competent agency and same being recognized by the RLDC/SLDC or any other competent authority / agency as per applicable regulation/ law / direction and maintain compliance to the applicable Codes/ Grid Code requirements and directions, if any, as specified by concerned SLDC/RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable regulation / guidelines / directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be on the account of the SPD. 6.1.2 The SPD shall be responsible for directly coordinating and dealing with the Buying Entity, State Load Dispatch Centres, Regional Power Committees, and other authorities in all respects in regard to declaration of availability, scheduling and dispatch of power and due compliance with deviation and settlement mechanism and the applicable Grid code Regulations, acknowledging that the SPD and Buying Entity are the Grid connected entities and SECI as an Intermediary Procurer/ trading licensee is not a Grid connected entity in respect of the power contracted under this Agreement. 6.1.3 The SPD shall be responsible for any deviation from scheduling and for any resultant liabilities on account of charges for deviation as per applicable regulations. UI charges on this account shall be directly paid by the SPD. 6.1.4 Auxiliary power consumption will be treated as per the concerned Central/State regulations. 6.1.5 Further, in case of any difference in scheduled energy at the interfaces of all the RLDCs concerned for the corridor of the power flow, including the RLDC of the Buying Entity, SECI will make payments corresponding to the lowest of the individual energy values to the SPD, until rectification of the above error.

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Bank shall maintain and update from time to time business continuation and disaster recovery procedures with respect to its global custody business, which are designed, in the event of a significant business disruption affecting Bank, to be sufficient to enable Bank to resume and continue to perform its duties and obligations under this Agreement without undue delay or disruption. Bank shall test the operability of such procedures at least annually. Bank shall enter into and shall maintain in effect at all times during the term of this Agreement reasonable provision for (i) periodic back-up of the computer files and data with respect to Customer and (ii) use of alternative electronic data processing equipment to provide services under this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, Bank shall discuss with Customer any business continuation and disaster recovery procedures of Bank. Bank represents that its business continuation and disaster recovery procedures are appropriate for its business as a global custodian to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act.

  • Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.
